"Placed an order for the first time"
Placed an order for the first time. My purchase arrived on time. One of the items arrived damaged. I contacted customer service explain the situation with the item and they immediately sent out a replacement. Excellent customer service!! I will definitely continue to shop with them.

The website is easy to navigate, prices are competitive, shipping is fast, communication is excellent. I don't think there is a better place to buy pilot supplies!
